Mobile Yoga, developed by Atma Center student & instructor Kris Fondran, combines the flexibility, balance and relaxation aspects of yoga with the cardiovascular workout of inline skating. Mobile Yoga is getting a lot of publicity - it's been written up in Yoga Journal and now by the Cleveland Plain Dealer. Kudos, Kris!
