Kris is a Skating Instructor as well as a a Yoga Instructor and owns the North Coast Inline Skating School. She came to yoga for physical flexibilty and to learn how to manage stressors in her life. She conducted a research study on the benefits of a twice daily Sun Salutation that she used to fulfill the educational requirements for a master’s degree in Exercise Science at Cleveland State University. Kris writes, "Since stress is an unavoidable part of 21st century life, and if the goal is to experience a life full of peace, happiness and love then yoga can be the vehicle to accomplish this objective. Inherent in yoga is a plethora of techniques that
when learned and practiced frequently can decrease the level of physical, mental and emotional stress."
