Class Options
A typical yoga class includes physical movement and postures, focused breathing practices, and guided relaxation.
- All practices help relieve physical, mental and emotional tensions - fatigue, stress and anxiety.
- All practices promote relaxed awareness and alertness, and thus improve memory, attention and concentration.
- All practices help balance the systems of the body. Some benefits are, for example, increased cardiovascular and respiratory efficiency, better digestion and a strengthened immune system.
- All practices help increase flexibility, strength, balance and coordination.
- All practices are adapted to the level of fitness and age of participants.
Classes may have a particular focus:
- Stressbuster - Includes practices that are particularly useful in relieving physical and mental stress.
- Flex - Has more emphasis on the physical practices - flexibility, strength, balance and coordination.
- Gentle - Uses a chair as a prop for sitting and standing postures.
Classes may be of any length from 45 minutes to 1-1/2 hours.
Pricing
One-time introductory/demonstration class - $75
Pricing for ongoing classes will vary by
- Type of business – for-profit, non-profit, school/educational institution
- Length of class – 45 minutes to 1-1/2 hours
- Number of classes per day or per week
- Length of contract – discounts may be available for longer term contracts

Prices are similar to any hourly contracted professional service. Costs may be offset by employee contributions at the discretion of the employer.
