
Employee Health and Wellness . . . a COOPERATIVE Effort
The Atma Center launched its Yog@Work program in 2004 to meet the increasing demand by employers for wellness services. Since its inception, the Yog@Work program has served over 60 clients, providing direct service to more than 600 people. Employers have been very satisfied with the Atma Center's Yog@Work program.

The Yog@Work Program can be customized to meet the needs of any type of organization and its employees. In some cases, the Yog@Work program may design classes to serve the clients of your organization. Atma Center's professional instructors are available to teach at a company location or other designated site before work, during lunch hours, or after work. Special trainings and workshops may also be offered during the work day. "Practical Yoga for Office Workers" is an example of one well-received training package designed and provided by Yog@Work in 2007.

For a one-time class fee of $75, employers may schedule a single introductory yoga class at the workplace to determine interest level and provide a first-hand experience of the benefits.
