Please Note: All in-studio students must wear a mask per governor’s current orders. No student will be able to attend class without a mask. We have masks available should you leave yours at home.

Class Registration

For everyone’s safety, class capacity has been reduced to 10 spaces, so to ensure your in-studio spot, you will need to pre-register for all classes. (You do not need to pre-register for online classes.) See below for instructions below on how to register if you are unfamiliar. The store front and the studio floor has been marked with mat spaces to provide for safe social distancing.

Preregistration requires an active membership or pre-purchase of a drop-in or class pass. You can do this on our website or on the Mindbody website.

Due to reduced class sizes, class reservations are refundable ONLY if made 12 hours before the start of class, otherwise you will be charged for the class.  If you are an unlimited monthly or annual pass holder, there will be a $15 charge for no-show or late cancellation.

The new schedule will indicate if you are signing up for ONLINE or IN-STUDIO classes.

Beginning 8/1/2020, all frozen passes will be reactivated.

To Register

Visit the class schedule page on our website,

Visit your profile and register. In the next few days you will be asked to sign a new liability waiver. We will also have waivers in the studio for you to sign.

Register for the class of your choice. View the in-studio and online class schedule here.

A waitlist is automatically generated if a class is full and you will be notified if a spot becomes available.

If you cannot get an in-studio spot in your preferred class or prefer not to attend class in person at this time, don’t worry. ONLINE classes are here to stay!  Moving forward, all in-studio classes will be available via livestream.

IN-STUDIO Procedures

Temperatures will be taken at the door.

All in-studio students must wear a mask per governor’s current orders. No student will be able to attend class without a mask.

Please arrive for class 10 minutes before its starting time. Arriving on time and ready to start your practice prior to start time is imperative in order for staff to deliver announcements.

We cannot accept late arrivals during this time. Late arrivals will be charged for a no-show or late cancellation.

Please enter the building with your face protection on (required).  Use our hand-sanitizers upon entering and review and sign the paper waivers at the counter, if needed.

Upon entering the studio, give your first and last name to the desk staff so that they can check you in.

From here, you will be given a number that corresponds with a bench of the same number in the hall where you can place your shoes and coats. We highly recommend you leave all important items at home or in your car as no purses or backpacks will be allowed in the studio.

Our restrooms will be available. However, we kindly ask that you consider personal care necessities prior to attending your class. Please, no more than 1 person in a restroom at a time. Please wear your shoes while in the restroom.

MPORTANT:  Please, bring your own practice props, including your mat, block, strap, blankets and mat disinfectant. Studio props, mat rentals, are not available at this time.

Once you move into the studio space, line your mat up with a socially distanced sticker on the floor.

After class, please go directly to your bench and exit the studio. Our staff will sanitize the studio, bench and store once students have exited.

Please do not congregate in the store front or in the hallway, practice social distancing in the studio at all times, and being mindful of others.
